Half at kickoff, half at launch. You get a written scope with the price before anything starts, and anything extra is quoted first. First year of hosting and domain included; $180/yr after, or included with a care plan. A care plan is optional for a brochure site, from $150/mo.

Questions owners ask
Do I need a monthly plan for a brochure site?
- No. The first year of hosting and your domain are included in the build. After that it's $180 a year, or included with any care plan.
Can I update the site myself?
- You can send us the change instead: a new photo, new hours, a service you've added. Small changes are quick, and every build ends with a walkthrough of how that works. There's no builder to learn and nothing to break.
What do I need to give you?
- Your services, your hours, a logo if you have one, and any photos you like. We write the pages from a working session with you, so you don't need to arrive with finished copy.
What about my domain and email?
- Your domain is registered in your name and stays yours. A branded address that forwards to your current email is free where the domain allows it; a full Google Workspace inbox is a one-time $125 setup, and Google bills the inbox directly.
Will it show up on Google?
- It launches search-ready: page titles and descriptions, a sitemap, structured data and fast load times, with your Google Business Profile linked. Where it ranks depends on your area and competition, so nobody can promise a position, but the site won't be the reason you're missing.
