Online stores

An online store that takes orders while you work.

Products, payments and checkout on Shopify, in your name, built to convert. With a care plan behind it, so the checkout that breaks on a Saturday in season is caught and fixed before it costs you the weekend.

Who it's for

Shops adding online orders

A bakery, a boutique, a garden center: a counter business whose customers would buy between visits if they could.

Makers selling beyond the local market

Up to 50 products to start, with room to grow into a larger catalog when the orders say so.

Stores stuck on a tired platform

Slow pages, a checkout people abandon, apps nobody updates. We rebuild on Shopify and move the products over.

What's included

  • Up to 50 products, loaded and organized with you
  • Payments and checkout, with your Shopify and payment accounts in your name
  • Basic email capture
  • Mobile-first, fast, search-ready
  • Launch testing of every step from product page to paid order
  • A launch walkthrough of how to send us updates
  • Easy updates after launch: send us what to change and we make it for you

Starting price

$6,000

Half at kickoff, half at launch. Larger catalogs, booking and connections to the tools you already run are scoped as a Custom build, from $12,000. A store pairs with the Growth care plan, from $400/mo. You pay Shopify and payment processing fees directly.

Timeline

Six to eight weeks from kickoff to launch, driven mostly by how quickly product photos, details and approvals come together.

  1. Step 1

    Weeks 1–2: Discover

Your products, your customers and how you fulfill orders. You get the written scope and a product list to fill in.

  2. Step 2

    Weeks 3–4: Design

Store layout, product page and checkout flow you approve before anything is built.

  3. Step 3

    Weeks 5–7: Build and test

Shopify set up in your name, products loaded, payments connected, and a test order placed end to end.

  4. Step 4

    Week 8: Launch

Go-live, a walkthrough of orders and updates, and the care plan switched on.

Questions owners ask

Why Shopify?

It's the standard tool for a store this size: dependable checkout, payments handled for you, and a platform you own outright. Your store is never locked to us. If you ever leave, it goes with you.

Do I need a care plan for a store?

Yes. A store has payment processing, third-party apps and software that needs updating, and revenue that stops the moment checkout breaks. The Growth plan, from $400/mo, covers hosting, backups, monitoring, security updates, three hours of changes a month and a monthly report.

How many products can I have?

Up to 50 in a Storefront build. More than that, or inventory and booking connections, is a Custom build, scoped with you and starting at $12,000.

Who handles payments and fees?

Your own Shopify and payment accounts, set up in your name and paid by you from day one. Processing fees go to the processor, not to us, and the money lands in your account.

Can you connect the store to my inventory or booking tools?

Yes, as a Custom build. We scope the connection with you first, in writing, so you know the price before any of it starts.

What happens when checkout breaks?

On a care plan we're monitoring, so we usually know before you do and start work right away. A broken checkout is an emergency, defined in writing, and goes ahead of everything else.
