Privacy policy
What we collect, why, who else touches it, and how to get it back or have it deleted. In plain English, because you should not need a lawyer to read a privacy policy.
Last updated 22 September 2026. This policy covers Cruise Control Sites, a trade name of Golden Anchor Solutions, LLC, Avon, Ohio.
What we collect
If you fill in the form on our contact page, we collect what you type into it: your name, your email address, your business name, and your message. The phone number and website address on that form are optional — plenty of people leave them blank and we still reply.
If you book an intro call, our scheduling tool collects what it needs to put the call in both diaries: your name, your email address, and the time you picked.
That is all of it. There are no accounts to create, no profile building up behind the scenes, and no tracking cookies following you from page to page.
How we use it
To reply to you. Someone reads what you sent and answers it — there is no autoresponder pretending to be a person.
To arrange and hold the intro call, if you booked one.
And if you decide to work with us, to do the work: to write the proposal, to set up the site, and to invoice you for it. We do not use any of it to advertise to you, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked us a question.
Who we share it with
Nobody buys it and nobody is sold it. What does happen is that a handful of companies process it on our behalf, because they run the tools we use to do the work:
- Vercel — hosts this website, so it sees the requests that reach it.
- Resend — sends the email this site generates, so it handles the messages that go out.
- Microsoft 365 — runs our mailbox, so it holds the email you send us and we send you.
- Cal.com — runs the booking page, so it holds what you type in to book a call.
Each of them is doing a job for us, under their own agreement, and none of them is given your details to use for their own purposes. We have never sold personal information and we do not share it for advertising.
Analytics
We count page views using Vercel Web Analytics. It is privacy-friendly and cookie-free: it records that a page was viewed, and nothing that identifies you. No cookie is set, no device fingerprint is taken, and nothing is shared with an advertising network.
What we see is a total — how many people read the pricing page this month — and never a person. Because it stores nothing on your device and identifies nobody, it does not need a consent banner, which is why you have not been asked to dismiss one.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies and no advertising cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
The only cookie this site can set belongs to the back office: if you sign in to the admin area, a session cookie keeps you signed in. It is set only after signing in, it is not used for analytics, and if you have never signed in you have never had one.
How long we keep it
An inquiry is kept until the conversation has clearly ended, or for twelve months, whichever comes later. In practice that means the email thread sits in the mailbox and the note sits in our records until it is plainly finished with.
Client records are kept for as long as we are working together, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep the invoices.
Your choices
Email hello@cruisecontrolsites.com and ask. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You do not need to give a reason and you do not need to use any particular wording.
We will answer within 30 days. If deleting something would mean breaking a law we have to follow — an invoice we are required to keep, for instance — we will say so plainly rather than quietly keeping it.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us something, email hello@cruisecontrolsites.com and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Anything material — a new company processing your details, a new purpose we put them to — will be noted here rather than slipped in quietly.
Contact
The fastest way to reach a person is hello@cruisecontrolsites.com.
